Katja Frommer
Biography
Born and raised in Germany, Katja was a clinical psychologist before coming to the United States in 2003. She obtained Lawful Permanent Resident status through marriage to her husband, a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. She filed the immigration paperwork herself and is planning to apply for U.S. citizenship soon.
A graduate of a paralegal certification course, Katja understands the intricacies of immigration law and clearly communicates them to her clients. She recently began English horseback riding and enjoys foreign films, yoga, literature and spending time with her husband and two cats, Bushel and Peck. Katja is fluent in German and has a solid reading knowledge of French and Spanish.
Experience
After earning a paralegal certificate from the University of California - Irvine in 2006, Katja began working in the immigration field.

- Volunteered with READ/OC (Adult Literacy Services of Orange County Public Library, California) working with inmates at Orange County jail, 2004-2006
